OK, so August 09 in Maine it is! It seems far off, but as Christina says, it will be here before we know it!
Now, dates and locations. How about the weekend of August 8th and 9th, and should we make it a 3-day weekend, like a Thursday-Sunday or a Friday-Monday?
And location. If anyone has time to research this at all, please do and let me know what you think! I think a few cottages that are really close together (so baby monitors will work between!) on a lake or the coast would be ideal. That way, families will have space, but given naps and bedtimes, we'll still be able to maximize time together. But WHERE?!?
I'm excited already!

Sounds like a great plan. I have a feeling I will be coming solo since Bryan will not be able to take the entire month off and will most likely only be on the east coast for a week, probably at the end of August so he can at least fly back with me. So...if anyone wants to share a cottage with 2 kids I'm game:) I think either the first or second week in august would work since I know most of my time in MA will be spent in the Berkshires so I'll probably do the Maine part at the beginning. I agree that cabins are great and love surfing the net so I can look for places and throw out some ideas as it gets closer.
